Worry, worry, worry, there is no end to worrying. The mind is always searching for something to do.
We worry because we fear failure, fear the unknown, fear success or fear change. Toxic worry brings us out of the PRESENT moment regretting the past and worrying about the future. I should of, could of, would have said this or done that. Can I have a do over? Or nope I am not putting myself through this growth spurt. It doesn’t really matter or it’s too hard.
