Ok people this one is not easy. Amazing how your expectations change as you follow along on the adventure of moving day by day.
Firstly without my meditation practice I don’t know where I would be right now. Probably in a bowl of chocolate ice-cream daily or crying my eyes out.
Life takes a lot of twists and turns and the Universe is sure giving me some practice what you preach lessons.
Without going into too many details the home we were renting mysteriously got an offer at the last minute yeah like sorry guys but you’re out.
So we are in the process of finding a rental 2 weeks before we close.
Somehow it all works out and having support from caring people is what carries you through.
So this newsletter will be short and sweet. I just wanted to keep the connection and let you know how much I appreciate you all.
Moving and Transition-My Lessons so Far:
Accept that you’re Ok no matter what happens
Keep it simple and organized-lists are the way-mind map and priority 1-3 lists
Have great support through awesome coaches, family and friends
Hold on to your honey and get a lot of hugs
Keep it in perspective it’s all good stress
Keep your connection to spirit going whether it’s through prayer, meditation, sharing, music, art and anything else that feeds your soul.
Only do what you need and leave the rest: My new Mantra feel more and think less
