INTUITIVE CHAKRA SCAN
The 7 main chakras are located in our subtle energy field and align from the top of the head (crown) to your (root) at the base of your spine. The chakras are energy centers that connect to your energy field and to your physical body and major organs. Blocked chakras can create emotional, physical, mental and spiritual imbalance.
During this 30 minute telephonic scan I will read your energy and chakras. We will look at your number 1 current blocks and discuss opportunities for release. The scan will help you understand what may be keeping you from moving forward in your life and will help you gain clarity and connection.
EFT- EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
Emotional Freedom Technique, known as EFT or Tapping, is a personal development tool that was discovered in the 1970’s by psychologist, Roger Callahan. EFT is an acupressure tapping method for clearing emotional and physical issues. No needles are used; EFT is performed by tapping the fingers on nine acupressure points on the body. Fran will provide you with personally tailored tapping recordings so that you can continue to learn, practice and benefit from EFT.
REIKI
Reiki is an ancient hands- on healing modality that accesses Universal Life Force Energy for restoring balance and ease to any living being or any challenging situation. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese Rei and Ki which mean “spirit or soul” and energy or life force respectively. Reiki is universal energy that can be transmitted through distance healing. Just like a prayer energy is not contained to a physical place. Each session is infused with healing and empowerment.
Other modalities and techniques such as Integrative Guided Imagery, Channeled Affirmative Prayer and holistic/energy tools may be combined with Holistic Coaching that is uniquely designed with an integral approach towards each client’s needs.
