Limiting time from 30 minutes – 2 hours a day on digital technology such as phones, computers and IPads will certainly help. But don’t we need to go further in educating our children and providing support for chronic stress, anxiety and worry?

However it’s important for kids and teens to integrate skills that will help develop emotional intelligence, foster intuition, explore feelings and foster resiliency. This workshop is created for kids so they are able to be introduced to valuable tools and self- empowerment techniques that prepares them for success at school and in life.
