Life expectancy is increasing dramatically and we all have heard the phrase 50 is the new 30. Or is it 40 is the new 20? Maybe a bit of an exaggeration but you get the picture? As we are aging most of us focus in on physical changes in strength, mobility and beauty.

Our society certainly doesn’t value aging as we well know it's focused on beauty and what is the next best wrinkle cream out on the market. I am referring to a deeper more expansive focus that embraces Aging Consciously.
